Please allow 2-5 business days to process your order (custom orders may take longer depending on customizations). Expect a shipping confirmation email 2-3 business days after your order has processed to let you know your order is on the way!

An email will be sent when your order is ready with address and pickup instructions. *As we are a home-based business, we kindly request that you schedule an appointment before visiting as per the pickup instructions. This helps us ensure that we can provide you with the best service.

Calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and
displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

Shipping Delays: While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please be aware that unforeseen delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or high order volumes.

Order Changes: If you need to make changes to your order, including shipping address updates, please contact us immediately. Changes can only be accommodated before the order has entered production or has been shipped.

Returns and Exchanges: Custom apparel is non-refundable and can only be exchanged if there is a manufacturing defect. Please refer to our Returns Policy for more details.
